POOLSTAT LIVESCORING GUIDE

Logging In:

• On your mobile device go to https://ls.poolstat.net.au/

• Click on the Team Login button and enter your Team Pin as provided. • Click on the green “Submit” button

Home Team Select Players:

• Click on “Select Players & Subs” button.

• Click on 5 player names in the order they play in the first round and add substitutes. • Click on “Save” and “Yes” to return to main screen.

• Click on “Lock in Players”, tick both boxes and click on “Yes”.

Away Team Select Players:

• Click on “Other Team has Select/Lock Player Control Tap Here to Change.” • Then follow same steps as shown above for Home Team.

Scoring (Home Team Only):

• Click on “Enter Results” and scoresheet should appear. • After every frame click on “?” next to winning player.

• It will change to “W” and the losing player will change to “L”.

• If there is an error, click on the “W” again to reset it and repeat above steps.

Forfeits and Abandoned Games:

• Click and hold on “?” next to the player who forfeited, or the game to be abandoned. • Click on the drop down list. Select “Won by Forfeit” or “Abandon” from the drop-

down list to record as appropriate.

Substitutes (Home Team Only):

• Before commencing the next round, click and hold on player’s name to be substituted out and select the player that appears in the drop-down list to substitute in.

• You may need to scroll down to see the drop-down list.

Finalising Scores:

• Match results are electronically signed by both teams.

• After last frame result is entered, the Home team clicks on their “Finalise” button. • Click “Yes”, scroll down to review the results, and click on “Accept” at the bottom.

• After a short while the Away team will have access to click on their “Finalise” button. • Click “Yes”, scroll down to review the results, and click on “Accept” at the bottom.

• Click on “Return to Menu”, and log out

PoolStat Livescore App - Team PIN Notification

Hi Captain,

As the nominated Captain/Team Manager of Team Name you will need to use the PoolStat Livescoring App each week when you are the Home Team to record your match scores. This new system will take the place of the paper sheets you have been using previously.

Even as the Away Team, you will still need to log in to approve certain changes in the matches.

The PoolStat Livescoring System will enable us to update weekly match scores and personal stats with much greater efficiency and accuracy.

You have been assigned a "Team PIN". This PIN cannot be changed and will provide access to all your matches in this competition.
